Ten-week class beginning March 26, 2025
This course is designed with the advanced student in mind, preferably those with prior lost wax casting experience. Creative casting instructions will be provided with the understanding that self-initiation and commitment will be the keys to receiving the maxim benefits of the course. It is anticipated that students will cast 2 times at 4 week intervals, which is at an accelerated pace. In addition and with time permitting, advice will also be offered regarding design, fabrication challenges, stone setting, and finishing techniques. This course is offered by a faculty member with over 30 years experience teaching the art and science of lost wax casting.

Except for the Independent Study Program, EAC membership is no longer required to take adult classes. EAC members receive a tuition discount on all adult classes, youth classes and workshops. A $75 Independent Study membership is required to participate in the Independent Study Program. The Evanston resident discount no longer applies.
