Course Description:

Learn to embrace the spontaneity and experimentation of free-piecing and improvisational quilting. We will apply basic patchwork techniques (piecing, pressing, and trimming) to create several free-form blocks from the classic wonky star to the improv log cabin and entirely free-pieced designs. Complete enough blocks in class to sew a mini-quilt or small quilted project you can finish at home.

Skill Level: Intermediate, Basic sewing knowledge is required
